Bancaperta - Credito Valtellinese Group web bank - was awarded quality certification in conformity with ISO 9002 international standards. On November 6 last, in fact, the CISQ CERT Technical Committee, a member of the CISQ Association (Certificazione Italiana Sistemi Qualità), confirmed Bancaperta quality system conformity with the above-mentioned standards for "offering banking services to its customers and to Credito Valtellinese Group member banks' clientele via the Internet". Bancaperta is the first Italian web bank to be awarded such an important certificate. Today, 42,600 customers of the Group's already benefit from services that are offered on line.
The quality certification for Bancaperta services (banc@perta line) is a further confirmation of Credito Valtellinese Group's strategic and fundamental commitment, which is aimed at satisfying the customers' requirements. Since 1995, when the Parent Bank Credito Valtellinese was awarded - first in Italy - the quality certification for its application processing, disbursement and management of credit facilities procedures and for its fund transfers via payment systems procedures, five member companies have received such a confirmation in turn.
