Banca Popolare Santa Venera - a Credito Valtellinese Group member bank - was awarded certification of quality, in conformity with UNI EN ISO 2002 international standards. Popolare Santa Venera is the first Sicilian bank to achieve such an important target. In the first few days of October, in fact, inspections carried out by the CISQCERT Technical Committee, a member of the Federazione CISQ (Certificazione Italiana Sistemi Qualità), confirmed Banca Popolare Santa Venera conformity with UNI EN ISO 9002 quality standards as for: APPLICATION PROCESSING, DISBURSEMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CREDIT FACILITIES; FUND TRANSFERS VIA PAYMENT SYSTEMS; TREASURY SERVICES PROVIDED TO BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS.

Since 1995, when the Parent Bank Credito Valtellinese was awarded - first in Italy - the certification of quality, six member companies have achieved the confirmation of their quality systems in turn (i.e. Credito Valtellinese, Credito Artigiano, Bankadati - Servizi Informatici, Stelline - Servizi Immobiliari, Bancaperta - the Group's web bank - and now Banca Popolare Santa Venera).
