Pleiadi: the new magazine about the Credito Valtellinese Group
Milan, September 30, 2003 - Pleiadi, a new magazine about the Credito Valtellinese banking Group is now available.
In accordance with the recent set of regulations (Patti Chiari project) laid down by the Italian banking Association (ABI) concerning the quality of information given to the clientele on the range of products offered by Italian banks, Pleiadi basically aims to illustrate our products in terms of costs, benefits and targets to satisfy any customer need. In fact, one of the fundamental principles that have always inspired the Credito Valtellinese Group reads as follows: "The family bank".
The quarterly magazine for the Group's customers and, more in general, for all economic actors includes arts, culture and sports pages focusing on the main events the member banks have promoted over the period. It also features reports on economic and financial issues, as well as interviews with famous people who have chosen their bank within the Creval Group and environmental reviews aimed at providing the reader with a greater knowledge of all geographic areas where the Group operates, as Credito Valtellinese is also committed to implementing environmental improvement projects.
Pleiadi provides an opportunity for the shareholders to become much more familiar with their bank. In fact, a key objective for our Group is improving customer satisfaction by giving you all the information you need about products and services we offer, as well as an overview of the activity of the member banks and instrumental companies. A section of the magazine is devoted to 'Lettera Specialsocio', the newsletter about the activity of the Group in the half-year period.
