Credito Valtellinese S.c. a r.l. signs agreement with Deutsche Bank S.p.A. for the acquisition of the Rileno S.p.A.

Sondrio, Tuesday 21 2002 - The Credito Valtellinese S.c. a r.l. has signed an agreement with Deutsche Bank S.p.A. for the acquisition of the Rileno S.p.A., the company entrusted with the tax collection service in the provinces of Como and Lecco.

With its 7 sub-branches, the Rileno S.p.A. serves an area of 253 municipal districts (848,000 inhabitants). In 2001, revenue has touched to € 17 million.

The acquisition will take place following the approval by the competent Authorities.
