Rileno awarded quality certification
Sondrio, December 15, 2003 - Following supervisory inspections carried out by the CISCQCERT Technical Committee on December 12, 2003, the company Rileno (Credito Valtellinese Group) has been successfully audited against UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards and awarded certification of the quality for local tax collection procedures. Based in Lecco, Rileno is entrusted with the national tax collection service in the provinces of Como and Lecco. In accordance with the recommendations given by Ascotributi (National Association of companies entrusted with tax collection procedures) to its Associates, Rileno is thereby committing itself to further enhancing the quality of the services offered to the customers through a number of improvements to all management and operating procedures.
The quality certification awarded to Rileno definitely confirms the Creval Group's fundamental commitment, which ultimately aims at ensuring the utmost transparency and efficiency regarding the services provided, particularly, in this case, to municipalities and taxpayers, also under external audit supervision.
Rileno, which also operates in the area of local finance, has joined the Credito Valtellinese banking Group in July 2002 taking up the role of Group's sole operator in the government sector.
