Listing admission for bond issue Credito Valtellinese 2.8% 2004-2007 convertible

Sondrio, June 29, 2004 - After the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 15 last year regarding a stock capital increase and in accordance with an informative prospectus about this increase dated February 23, 2004, the issuer bank Credito Valtellinese S.c. a.r.l. has applied for quotation of its convertible bond issue Credito Valtellinese 2004-2007 on the Telematic Stock Exchange.
Listing admission is expected to occur by the end of July.
