Banca Popolare di Rho joins Credito Valtellinese banking Group

On September 20, Banca Popolare di Rho shareholders called an extraordinary meeting to deliberate on the transformation of the bank into a joint-stock company, as well as on a capital increase meant to facilitate its joining Credito Valtellinese banking Group.
