MORE TIME FOR MEETING THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENTELE

It's the eye-catching slogan of a campaign that Credito Valtellinese Group launched on the Sicilian media to inform the clientele of the Sicilian member banks about its new banking hours.

In fact, since last Monday, Banca Popolare Santa Venera and Cassa San Giacomo banking hours have been extended until 3.50 p.m., from Monday to Friday in almost all branch offices. In particular, Cassa San Giacomo has extended banking hours until 5 p.m. for its principal branch office in Caltagirone and for the branch office in Scordia.

However, the most important innovation is a no stop time (from Monday to Friday) for Banca Popolare Santa Venera principal branch offices of Catania and Acireale, which will be open uninterruptedly from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Another very important innovation regards the opening on Saturday. In fact, Banca Popolare Santa Venera principal branch offices of Acireale and Catania - located in Corso Italia - and Cassa San Giacomo branch office of Caltagirone will be open also on Saturday, from 8.25 a.m. to 1.20 p.m.

The new banking hours, along with some particular aspects of the information system, will allow also the clientele of the other branch offices to benefit from these very innovative products and services.
