STARTED FINANCING PROVIDED FOR IN THE LAW 488/92: POPOLARE SANTA VENERA DEALS WITH THE FINANCING

Sicilian businesses can now apply for non-repayable financing as provided in the law 488/92, which was recently published in the Official Gazette: "Tourism" and "Trade" 2001 (Official Gazette issue N° 267 of November 16 2001), "Industry" 2002 (Official Gazette issue N° 269 of November 19 2001). According to an agreement with the Ministry of Production Activities, Banca Popolare Santa Venera - a Credito Valtellinese Group member bank - is taking all steps necessary to enable the financing.

Banca Popolare Santa Venera is taking all steps necessary to make the applications for non-repayable financing provided for in the law 488/92 (Industry, Services, Building, Tourism and Trade). Cassa San Giacomo and Banca Regionale Sant'Angelo branch offices are granting the financing.

Banca Popolare Santa Venera also reports the last dates for giving in the applications fixed by the Ministry of Production Activities: January 31 2002 for "Tourism" and "Trade" 2001.
As for "Industry" 2002, the last date has not been decided yet
