Credito Valtellinese Group: Conveyance of the Last Tranche of Creval Banking S.p.A. Shares from Julius Baer Holding to Credito Valtellinese Finalized

Sondrio, 23rd June 2006 - We would like to announce the finalization as of today of the conveyance of the last tranche of 310,670 shares corresponding to 10% of Creval Banking S.p.A. share capital from Julius Baer Holding AG to Credito Valtellinese for a total value of € 1,862,745.10 subsequent to the agreements entered into with Julius Baer on 12th October 2005 and already disclosed to the market
Consequent to this operation, Credito Valtellinese now holds 99.42% of the company.
