Credito Valtellinese Group Foundation: Tiziana Colombera appointed new director

Sondrio, 29 June 2005 - Starting on 1 July, Tiziana Colombera will be the new director of the Credito Valtellinese Foundation.

Tiziana Colombera, 48, has spent her entire career working within the Credito Valtellinese Group, which she joined in 1981; among other offices held, she has been responsible for the Group's Communications and Public Relations services.

The Credito Valtellinese Group Foundation, chaired by Mr. Francesco Guicciardi, operates in the field of charity, social and economic welfare, art and culture, training, and academic and professional guidance, in all the areas (Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, and the entire region of Sicily) where the local banks operate.

Colombera will be taking the place of Claudio Snider, who has completed his term of office; the Board of Directors unanimously expressed their deep gratitude to Mr. Snider for the invaluable work and commitment he has dedicated to the Foundation over the years.
