Credito Valtellinese annual stockholders' meeting to be broadcast live on the Internet

Sondrio, Wednesday April 10 2002 - On the occasion of the Credito Valtellinese Annual Stockholders' Meeting, the details of the 2001 balance sheet, along with the reports about the bank's activity over last year will be broadcast live on the Credito Valtellinese's official website (www.creval.it). The annual meeting will be held on Saturday, April 20 2002, starting from 9.30 a.m.

This initiative is basically aimed at offering the Group's clientele an opportunity to share a fundamental moment of the corporate life.
