Counter exchange between Deutsche Bank and Credito Valtellinese Group

Deutsche Bank Group and Credito Valtellinese Group agreed upon an exchange of five bank counters in the provinces of Sondrio, Lecco and Bergamo.

Deutsche Bank will hand over its counters in Sondrio, Chiavenna (Sondrio) and Morbegno (Sondrio) to Credito Valtellinese, while Credito Valtellinese will give up its counter in Robbiate (Lecco). On the occasion, Credito Artigiano, in the framework of its commercial network reorganisation, will hand over the counter in Capriate, the only counter that currently operates in the province of Bergamo, to Deutsche Bank.

The exchange aims at rationalising the two bank networks, strengthening their position in the areas of greater control of each bank. Of course, the agreement enforcement is subordinated to the vigilance authority authorisation.

Credito Valtellinese banking Group and Deutsche Bank S.p.A have been maintaining business relations since 1970. Credito Valtellinese group banks have been distributing Deutsche Bank products, in particular BankAmericard credit cards and Oasi investment trusts.
