Conference on the Economic Law Reform
A conference on the Economic Law Reform will be held on Friday, October 17, starting at 9 a.m., at Villa Di Pasquale, in Ragusa, Sicily.
Sponsored by Credito Siciliano SpA, the event is promoted by the Board of Professional Accountants, the Bar Association and the Association of Graduates in Business Management of Ragusa. The conference is being attended by the vice Chairman of Credito Siciliano, Carlo Negrini, and the chairmen of the above-mentioned professional associations, Maria Teresa Tummino, Giorgio Assenza and Maurizio Attinelli.
The conference speakers will be Professor Vito Branca, a lawyer and professor of Taxation Law from the University of Catania and also Chairman of the National Association of Tax Consultants, western Sicily division and Carlo Saggio, a notary public and a member of the ministerial Committee for the Corporate Law Reform.
This conference is meant to illustrate the guidelines concerning the reform of Italian joint-stock companies and limited liability companies.
