The Credito Valtellinese Group promotes "5 scholarships for three weeks in Oxford."

Sondrio. The Credito Valtellinese* banking group, upholding its solid rapport with young people, is promoting 5 scholarships for "3 WEEKS AT OXFORD'S ST.CLARE'S COLLEGE," in cooperation with the ITF (Independent Teachers' Foundation).

This program, reserved for students in the province of Sondrio who are attending their fifth year of high school, aims at providing an important contribution to the education of young customers, which will hopefully lead to greater professional opportunities.

Thanks to this initiative, students will have the opportunity not only to learn the language, but also to familiarize themselves with the culture, mentality, and way of life in a foreign country.

To participate in the selection, students must meet the following requirements:

• Holder of a "Armonia Young" account in one of the branches of the Credito Valtellinese Group;
• Enrolled in his/her fifth year at a high school in the province of Sondrio; ;
• Has basic knowledge of the English language;
• Is in good health.

ITF is a non-profit cultural association located in Italy and Great Britain, which focuses on education, recreation, and culture, and has the goal of promoting and activating all of the programs aimed at establishing or increasing friendship and solidarity among people of different nationalities.

The contest description and application are available in the relevant section and there is no application fee.

Selection will take place at the C.S.A. (formerly Provveditorato agli Studi) in Sondrio, at Via Nazario Sauro no. 64, on February 01, 2007.

Applications must be received by January 31, 2007 at the latest.
