New feature in the Creval Group's Internet Banking Service: now funds can also be transferred internationally
Sondrio, 10 March 2005 -The Credito Valtellinese Group has always made technological development one of its strong points and stood out for its keen focus on innovation; now it has further expanded the range of services available through its online channel by introducing, in addition to the many operations already available, the option of making multi-currency bank transfers abroad.
The new service has been created in light of the need to operate in an increasingly cosmopolitan market, in which national borders are gradually disappearing.
The new function allows the Group's customers to send international transfer orders directly via internet, in any currency, with the same ease and convienence as for domestic ones.
The introduction of this new feature is only the first in many measures planned to give customers access to an ever more complete and efficient service, one which also allows for international operations.
The online services offered are in constant evolution, precisely because the Group makes significant investments in ensuring that cutting-edge, user-friendly services are available to its customers; at the same time, it focuses on constantly upgrading security standards and keeping costs at an extremely competitive level.
Over 200,000 Creval Group customers have already signed up for the internet banking service; this figure undeniably testifies to its value, confirming trust in a service which aims at both convenience and ease of use.
In a recent list prepared by KPMG, the Creval Group held sixth place in the Italian ranking for use of Internet banking services, with a market share of 3.5%, preceded only by certain large banking groups and the Italian postal service.
