ISO 9001 quality certification awarded. PattiChiari certification renewed. General Manager Anna Cracco: "A commitment to maintain transparency, intelligibility and comparability of services."
Vicenza, 3rd May - The Banca dell'Artigianato e dell'Industria was awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification of quality last 27th April for its processes in the areas of loans, transfers and finance.
After performing an in-depth inspection, the CISQCERT certification authority confirmed that the bank met all legal requirements. The Bank is among the first in the Veneto region to receive this sort of recognition. In addition, the bank achieved another important result: it maintained its certification relating to all eight PattiChiari initiatives launched by the Italian Banking Association in order to make the services it offers its clients more transparent, intelligible and comparable.
Anna Cracco, the bank's general manager, stated that quality certification is not only an important result, but, more importantly, it is a commitment to keep the quality and transparency of services offered high over time in order to strengthen relationships with clients. This commitment requires increasing investments in terms of resources and necessitates constant attention in order to ensure standards of quality that are always in line with the market's expectations.
