Credito Valtellinese banking Group: more quality certifications
The Credito Valtellinese banking Group has recently been awarded more quality certifications, in addition to being given confirmation of those received in the past years. This year, the supervisory inspections carried out by the CISQCERT technical committee from the Federazione CISQ were aimed at assessing the Group's conformity with the new Vision 2000 (quality standard corresponding to the ISO 9001:2000 international standards).
Conformity with Vision 2000 was assessed for Credito Valtellinese and Credito Artigiano (application, processing, disbursement and management of credit facilities, fund transfers, finance, treasury services provided to public and private institutions), Bancaperta (Internet banking, fund management, asset management), Bankadati (development of software applications and co-ordination of the whole Group's information system) and Stelline (planning, co-ordination and management of real estate).
Now also the Credito Siciliano, the new member bank with its network of over 130 branches, which were part of the Banca Popolare Santa Venera, Cassa San Giacomo and Banca Regionale Sant'Angelo networks, is making a first step towards the achievement of the quality certification for any procedure.
Offering the market a top-quality banking and transparency, efficiency and reliability to its customers has always been a must at the Credito Valtellinese banking Group and will remain a steady commitment for the future under the supervision of the authoritative CISQCERT
