ADVANTAGEOUS CONDITIONS FOR ARTISAN ENTERPRISES: CREDITO VALTELLINESE AND FINLOMBARDA SPA COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON REGIONAL LAW 34/96.

Credito Valtellinese and Finlombarda signed an agreement on the Regional Law 34/96 - "REGIONAL CREDIT INDUCEMENTS TO ARTISAN ENTERPRISES" - Revolving Fund - Credito Valtellinese allocated a 10 billion ceiling to the artisan enterprise financing.

BENEFICIARIES

All Lombard artisan enterprises, either single or associated, which are regularly on the register.

FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS

• Enterprise setting-up
• Product and/or process technological innovation; new product development; quality
• Production development
• Development of trade in Italy and abroad
• Technological investments for the environment protection and industrial safety
• Extraordinary events
• Guarantee adjustment (short-term financing consolidation)

FINANCING AMOUNT

From 20 million, at least, to 400 million, at most, according to the type of contribution.

CREDIT TERMS

Term: 24 months at least, 6 years at most.
