AAcireale, 3 April 2007 - The Credito Siciliano Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting was convened with an ample number of shareholders attending.

The Shareholders' Meeting approved the financial statements for the year, and resolved to distribute a dividend of € 0.55 per share, which will be payable on 13 April 2007, at Credito Siciliano and authorised dealers.

The Meeting then appointed the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors for the three-year period 2007-2009. The outgoing directors Carlo Negrini, Miro Fiordi, Mario Cotelli, Gino Del Marco, Antonio Leonardi, Antonio Pogliese, and Carlo Sorci were re-appointed. Two new members joined the Board: Francesco Giacobbi, currently General Manager, and Fernando Grattirola.

Angelo Garavaglia, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and Pierantonio Valsecchi, were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors, and a new Statutory Auditor, Edoardo Della Cagnoletta, was also appointed. Francesco Faraci and Alessandra Foti were re-appointed as Substitute Auditors.

The Board of Directors, which met after the Shareholders' Meeting, re-appointed Carlo Negrini and Miro Fiordi to the positions of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, respectively, and also appointed Francesco Giacobbi as Executive Director, effective from 1 May 2007, when he will step down as General Manager.
